Nigeria's biggest lender Access Bank has invested around $60 million to acquire a stake in South Africa's Grobank to become the first Nigerian lender to venture into South Africa. https://www.nairaland.com/6485512/access-bank-acquires-grobank-south GroBank is focussed on supporting the food and agriculture value chain in South Africa, comprising business ranging from farms to food manufacturers, retailers, transporters, importers / exporters and more.
