Job Title: Design Engineer (Electrical/Technicians)
Job Summary
o Electrical Design Engineer in the design of the electrical system like earthling, lighting, cabling, preparation of single line diagram, communication, fire alarm etc. including system calculations and drawing preparation.
Job Duties
o Plans and schedules assigned work and determines staffing needs to meet the project milestones and assumes responsibility for meeting man-hour budget and project schedules for all work assigned to the group or subordinate personnel
o Monitors work for compliance with approved design standards and to provide for efficient and quality design, reliable plant operation and economy.
o Plans, Schedules, conducts and co-ordinates with minimal supervision.
o Receives technical guidance from Group Leader, Design Supervisor or Electrical specialists only on unusual or complex problems, performs 3D modelling, extraction from 3D model 2D drafting when required.
o Supervises and prepares design and drafting procedures to standardize the design effort.
o Supervises and reviews quantity take-offs.
o Reviews and defines engineering scope changes as required.
o Endorses or prepares reports for work progress for project discipline use.
o Maintains up-to-date knowledge of computer applications to design work and promotes maximum and efficient use of computers.
o Assists less experienced personnel in the performance of their assigned tasks.
o Performs interdisciplinary checks.
o Review design documents, Subcontractors/ Vendor documents for technical compliance.
o Performs technical audits as and when required.
o Prepares, reviews or monitors project controls, cost estimates, quantity take-offs and manpower requirement.
o Gives on-the-job training, promotes development of subordinates, evaluates and counsels assigned personnel.

Requirements
o B.Sc, B.Tech / HND or M.Sc. (or its equivalent) in Electrical Engineering from a reputable and accredited higher institution of learning.
o Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience working in same capacity and industry
o Candidate must have expertise in AutoCAD and Revit as an added advantage
o Candidate must have 3 years’ relevant previous experience in similar role and ability to lead.

• We are recruiting a Front Desk / Admin Officer with 1 to 3 years’ experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, secretariat, executive and administrative support.
• Candidates should possess a HND or Bachelor's degree.
• Applicant must be living in Ogba, Ikeja axis.
Job Description

• Greet people entering the office, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
• Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system along with setting up conference calls as requested.
• Manage the office log of who is entering and exiting the office.
• Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
• Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone.
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
• Assist new applicants who come into the office to apply for positions, including providing them with applications, pens and clipboards along with any reference material they may need, such as telephone directories or Wi-Fi passwords.
• Handle filing and data entry as requested.

Job Summary
o Mechanical Design Engineer in the design of the mechanical systems like Plumbing services, HVAC, Firefighting, Lift and Escalators etc. Including system calculations and drawing preparation.

Job Description
• Design systems and components that meets needs and requirements
• Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems
• Produce outlined designs and interpret architectural and structural designs
• Prepares Bill of Quantity for tenders.
• Prepare shop Drawings for site construction/installation use.
• Responsible for managing, monitoring and controlling performance of sub-contractors
• Work with contractors, surveyors, and building service engineers to bring designs to fruition
Job Qualification and Requirements
• Understand altering and modifying design to meet requirements.
• Understand HVAC, plumbing works, sewage and water treatment, design and construction
• Have expertise in the construction industry ( Design and Build)
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any related course
• COREN certified and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
