I recently hosted a website with gigalayer.com and i want to here from others that have accounts with them, because my experience with them has not being funny.

What is your experience like or should I say what are your challenge

Gigalayer is pretty decent or should we say too decent for a Nigerian company. We have so many clients' websites with them. They have not disappointed for them in any way their support is better than most of the other Nigerian Web hosting providers.

The downside about them is their services are somewhat expensive than most. Regardless, they are good.

My website with them is always down, i have complained to them severally, it keeps going off and on like nepa and they don't seem to have a permanent solution.

I was with them for 10 years (since they were AimTech). It is in my opinion expensive.

Their service is great but I cut off from them when I got a newslatter back in 2015 that was pro-Buhari. Dollars was 200 naira instead of 180 naira so they increased their price and say may be we should vote for "change"... Now dollars is 400+ naira they didn't increase prices because they would be out of business due to affordable competition. That was how I ended my 10 years relationship and have no regrets. They are too expensive. Apart from that political newsletter, their services was professional.

I now use DomainKing and one other Nigerian company (partly because I want to support local business but DomainKing has great and affordable service I can't resist).

Might be network. Hope you are not using Glo? Some of my websites does load if I try to visit them using Glo (I don't know why).
