Good morning y'all... Please I have been having difficulty trying to verify my BINANCE account.

I tried using my normal paper ID but it keeps declining.

If anyone ever experienced this, please, show me the ropes.

I'll advice you use the app(switch from lite to pro. Both options are available in the app - it's just a button you'll toggle to switch).
Also, take snapshots of the ID (the pictures should be cropped so that the only thing showing is your ID and not the background or anything else) before you start registering so that u simply have to upload them rather than snap them with the binance app cam.
For your personal photo, just upload a passport sized photo you've taken previously.
Finally the advanced verification - this is where I had problems.. It's very important you do this where there's enough natural lighting - I'll say take the photo outside by 10am under a tree/shade so that the pic is bright enough but the sun isn't reflecting on your face(if you've got an oily face like mine). Also make sure your face fits into the frame that has been provided for you. You might be asked to nod, turn head from side to side etc do so but don't over do it. And your eyes should face the camera not your screen.
If it doesn't work, try again. I had to do mine 4 times before being verified.

Are you using phone or PC?
Are you using the web or app?

Their web verification is zero, I had same issue then... Not until I downloaded the app and use phone.

Was your ID card accepted finally? My Voters is not clear, so it was instantly been rejected, since then the thing just tire me.

Don't know what to do again. I NIN recently, the number is not yet out, I'm not even sure they'll accept it.
