Where in the world will 6bn build such airport with 3.7km runway..a 3 lane dual carriageway road of same length is worth around 8 to 10bn not to talk of an airport runway.

1.5bn dollars to REFINERY that was left to decay forore than 2 decades.....
A refinery of 110,000 barrels per day production capacity...that amount isnt exaggerated..but to folks that dont understand what a refinery is will be making noise...plus doesn't understand the value of our naira and inflation rate
