You are voted into office to protect the citizens of your state, including pushing your rep to make and pass some bill into law as state constitution for better living and protection of the citizens. Nigeria practice federal system not parliamentary. So what are you doing as govern? Complained the same way as masses that doesn't have power to make the Constitution?
