You can, Download the cxxDroid app if you wanna learn the c Language, it has alot of premium libraries,
But you will definitely need a pc to build complex programs

Actually, you can. Just 3 things to begin with:

- Notepad++ to write your code even on the go.
-Chrome Browser to run your code.
-SoloLearn app.

You'd eventually have to move to PC though but these help when you are on the go especially or in between meetings and can't use a PC.

You can learn and practice basic programming but when it comes to advance practice, you need a computer because there are certain stuff that won't work on phone as some extensions, plugins, modules use on a framework or programming language requires it, plus it makes the job faster with multi tasking, debugging, testing etc

It supports over 50 languages.

A phone isn't ideal though, since you can't quite type conveniently with it. But you can start learning with it.

Use solo learn app and follow the community do competitions and write codes a publish there too.... get a good editor for phone too
