In Buhari's recent interview with Arise TV, he didn't hide his obsession for the Niger Rep. and ignorantly justified why he's expending scarce resources on building rail lines right into Maradi, Niger Rep. His only valid explanation was the fact that he has first cousins across the borders.

He then made further mockery of himself and his tutors when he tried to explain to us that 'we don't want to cut Niger off' because they now have oil.

Even kids have heard that Niger Rep. not only discovered oil but they now export refined petroleum products to Nigeria. Meanwhile, Niger had always depended on Nigeria for petrol and diesel. Buhari probably doesn't know this and feels no shame in it that we were over 40 years ahead of Niger when it comes to refining crude oil.

So who's cutting the other off? While Buhari is building a rail up to Maradi in Niger to transport crude oil and other stuffs, his cousins on the other side have since started the construction of a 2000 km cross-border crude oil pipeline from their Agadem Rift Basin to Seme Port in the Rep. of Benin. Niger Rep. indeed shunned prospects of building a 150 km pipeline to a refinery proposed for Katsina (Buhari's own home state) for a 20 times longer pipeline at an estimated cost of $1.5m per km.

A major question is, what became of our foreign policies and Buhari's ties to his cousins across the border? Tomorrow, Niger might as well build a rail line into Benin Republic.

Related to this is the fight against Boko Haram and banditary. It's for the same reason that Niger Rep. has French airfields and and American drone bases in their country but whereas no square meter of Nigerien soil is safe for Boko Haram, same terrorists occupt vast territories in Nigeria.

So why was Buhari fooling Nigerians?

You see. The average northerner does not concern himself with matters of development nor advancement. To them-eat, marry and bang plenty pussies.

That is why your president will care less if he uses the entire resources of the nation to please his ego and to show his terrorist cousins that he is in charge of this shithole.

E go be.
