The truth is that NECO and ANAN are bodies established to support Northern agenda.
They are purely northern instruments of capacity enhancement. If you CAN, why not ICAN.

If northerners are bagging every federal political positions either merited or unmerited, do not complain, do not envy them. Upon all their political influence the north is still the poorest and the most unstable region in the country.

As at today , i can confidently tell you that Igbos are the most tribe within the employ of NECO. Prof. Okpala and JBC Okoli ,really assisted in that angle. I don't know your location tho ... eg. go to Lagos Office in coker road, Ilupeju and observe. Or ask from any NECO staff
