If u go Qatar, Dubai or Tanzania, you can hustle and further your journey to Europe

Relocate to Rwanda, hustle for like a year then migrate to Europe, it's easy from there.

I have been reading about their exploit in agricultural businesses.

As in farming as a business venture.

Can someone get enough land to invest in agriculture peacefully without the fear of herdsmen's attack?

there's no herdsmen attack in Rwanda, but you need to get there first to learn how those things works, just learn how to cut hair, selling of wears like shoes and clothes, have some I.T skills, you will survive

You're selling the OP a mirage while the reality of the legal process in Rwanda is tougher .

Pls don't advise him to go to Rwanda to hustle. 1m is nothing and can not even get him a house and shop not to talk of establishing a business there. By the time he remove 150k, or there about for flight ticket from the money he will be left with around 800k plus, then house and shop rent in Rwanda are too expensive, including food and every other thing there. There's no hustling in Rwanda, so the only thing he can do there is business and that requires nothing less than at least 5m for a starter.
