The Court of Appeal sitting in Kano has nullified the June 30th judgment of Birkin Kudu Division of Jigawa State High Court which erroneously sacked Chief Victor Ike Oye as the APGA National Chairman.

In an unanimously judgment delivered Tuesday this morning, the Appellate court disagreed with the lower court which ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to recognize Mr. Jude Okeke, its faction of the party and their "purported" gubernatorial candidate Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji.

The initial high court judgement was given by a Jigawa state high court. So, the Kano division of the court of appeal is the appropriate court to hear the appeal.

Congratulations to Charles Soludo, the next governor of Anambra state.

I don't understand why taking the case of Anambra to jigawa and Kano so does it mean we don't have Court in south east.
