ISA?? Hmmm it is well the United States Armed Forces finally left this people after spending billions of tax payers’ money.
It is for the best ,the US has done and spent money for the afghanis to at least be connected to modern times and disconnect Afghanistan from terror network but as the world can see in plain view.The afghans are not willing to let go of the Taliban and have handed over everything they have to them(Taliban).
It was there choice and choosing!
The USA can hear it's chest that they did everything possible but the afghan people chose otherwise.

So let us see wether Taliban will lead the afghans to be like Dubai or like Hong Kong
