"A JS 1 student dragged i government and her school to court for life-threatening wounds inflicted in her by her teacher. She was given twenty (20) strokes of the cane." - News 1.
"A female teacher beat a student to death for not doing his assignment. The student was actually sick before the incident and told the teacher about it, but she won't listen to his explanation." - News 2.

Due to the recent abuse of cane in schools by teachers, some schools have banned the use of cane on students.
Do you think this step taken by school owners is good?
Don't you think this will further erode discpline in schools?
What do you would have been the best measures to discipline students?

Ask any unruly student to scram from your class, so you could have noise-less interaction with the better behaved ones.

Let the unruly student know that scramming shall be the default through out the term anytime your subject appears on the time table.

Come and see remorseful begging even from their parents. Why punish anyone?; the parents deserve the flogging really!
