Job Title: Software Compliance Analyst

Job responsibilities:
1. Maintain Software Assets and Compliance Management
2. Drive compliance for all IT Licenses
3. Analyse Software requirement for license purchases
4. Ensure dependencies and inter relationships between configuration items are communicated and understood.
5. Ensure the availability of license information to staff and management
6. Ensure the information available helps in planning changes and determining the impact on changes.
7. Provide a graphical representation of the organisation's IS infrastructure to aid diagnosis of incidents and problems.
8. Ensure the effective monitoring of Software license deployed in the environment.
9. Ensure and maintain a comprehensive and accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

Required skills & Qualifications:
1. Bsc or HND in information technology, computer science or related courses
2. Experience in a similar applications support / Software support role
3. Strong general IT skills primarily in a Microsoft Windows environment.
4. Aptitude for learning new programmes and processes
5. High level of organisation skills and attention to detail
6. Proficiency with Microsoft software (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
7. Telecommunications industry knowledge
8. Minimum of 4 years experience
