In a situation where I will benefit from one, I will honestly sign my wife's.


She is my superlative family here.

That depends on a whole lot of factors we can't even deliberate on.

E.g Your knowledge of the financial history & behaviour of both parties,

The reason they applied for they contract, the methods to be applied and the likely end result.

What you stand to gain/Lose from deciding for one party or not.

The maturity of the said individuals, external familiy ties etc.

You have to provide parameters for this kind of questions, else it's all a blind shot in the dark.

Consortium exists for a situation as such; so, one will be formed officially or unofficially and everyone will benefit from the deal in the end.
