My experience is mainly around the European and American IT Markets  I have been IT Contracting for last 5 years   - would be keen to hear from Nigeria based IT Contractors .  Permanent employees are also welcome 

My Own Experience


I went into contracting/self employed route cause i wanted to earn a bit more money and also the exposure to all kind of technologies in a relative short time which you can hardly get from permanent position as your career development will mostly be around what technology the company decides to invest in.  The IT contracting route has so far exposed to me to the following environments ( Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Unix).
