I considering getting an iPhone 8 or a redmi note 9 on a budget of 90-100k.

Use that money and get a note 10 instead.
Since you're thinking of iPhone 8 that means you're okay with fairly used, you can also go for a used redmi Note 9 pro or even a pixel 3xl if you want
