WHAT TO DO ABOUT YOUR ULCERS

Ulcers can be detrimental and even fatalistic. Sometimes the inside of your chest feels like corrosive acid was poured on it. You can do the following to keep yourself okay.

1) PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS. This has always helped me even in the middle of the night even without the ulcer drugs. Whenever that painful sensation starts. Quote and say these words repeatedly until the pain leaves. If the pains return, say them again.
" I plead the blood of Jesus over my health. "
" I plead the blood of Jesus over my body. "
" I plead the blood of Jesus over my chest. "
" I plead the blood of Jesus over my room/house. "
But you still need your medications and avoid ulcer provoking foods to complement your wellbeing.

2) TAKE CARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.
Avoid as much as possible the daily negativities people kill themselves with. E.g the Constant complains, criticizing almost anything, negative thoughts, Negative news. Boko haram did this and that..... Federal Government refuse to do this and that. Some of these things shouldn't be your concern for the sake of your happiness.

3) GET ENOUGH SLEEP. Quality Sleep is good for you. Night sleep for an adult shouldn't be less than 7hours. Don't underestimate the importance of daytime sleep too.
