On your dashboard go to overview. Click edit. Input your date of birth and bank details. Click submit. Go to Deployment. Click download PPA Letter. Input BVN and Bank Details. Click Verify Bank Details. NOTE: You may have to click continously if error message is displaying. Also, if your date of birth is different from that on your BVN, correct to the BVN date of birth (This is how i've been helping those that visit my Technical Center)

Anyone experienced this?

I just succeeded in doing my physical verification today.

However,I only realised afterwards that my bank information was not updated before the physical verification was carried out.

This has made it difficult for me to print my PPA letter,each time I try the network gets bad or I am redirected to update my date of birth.I have done that,intact it was already correct.Yet,I can't print it.

I need information on the way forward,as I would like to print my PPA letter and submit.
