Hello, I'm currently on the path to becoming a frontend dev. So far, I have good/average Knowledge in HTML, CSS, bootstrap, sass, JavaScript, React and planning on learning Redux. Please what other thing do you advise I add/learn that will make me very attractive to most employers(9ja and away, but focusing 9ja for now)?
I also know a bit of nodejs and mongoDB

Should I add a CMS? Learn TypeScript?

Learn how to make animations. It's something very subtle that a lot of people overlook but can differentiate you very well. Start with css animations like keyframes and then move into libraries like gsap. Once done with that you can learn framer motion which is used in react. Framer motion is so big that honestly it should at this point be its own JavaScript Framework. After that learn a platform and dont just learn them for mouth o have projects that shows your skills. You won't have problems getting a job remote or in Nigeria.

Follow what he wrote, and target the UK. Learn it very fast cos UK has opened doors of opportunities for Africans. My route is AI and Data science and it will take you a longer time to accomplish. What he has told you is the short cut to getting yourself ahead. I have researched it very well, and the guy knows what he is talking about. Go and read his other thread also. I am.ssuing this cos you are into web development. If you are into python, R, Math, Stats, etc, then I can come in. But he is the right person, and he has given you the honest answer. What I am just adding is that hustle fast and make a move to the UK fast. Apply under Skilled Worker. Get on indeed, linkedin, and some other headhunters' site. Move out of Nigeria, but remember your home. That's all I have to add.
