Please pardon my english I bought this infinix android TV from jumia.com 22 may, 2021. Just this evening i had to turn on the tv to watch BBN finals only to find lines allover the tv screen. Meanwhile i live alone and I've never gone near the screen. I sincerely need your advise on how to access the warranty because its barely 5months I bought this tv. Product name: infinix tv 43S1 Location is Port Harcourt

Take it to the shop you bought it from,had same experience with my maxi and took it there. |

Please were you able to sort it out? Mine has same problem and it's still under warranty. And I'm yet to see any authorized engineers to fix it. |
