A friend of mine switched to nursing school after we spent five (5) solid years studying Biochemistry at Federal University Of Technology Owerri, FUTO.

Actually, I thought it was a waste of time and resources but with time, I got to realize that studying nursing here in Nigeria is now lucrative.

However, after some months, then we met and he explained to me how his two senior sisters studied nursing and they are now living better in abroad with their mom.

He said to me, “Chidera studying nursing in Nigeria is the way forward.”

Take for instance, I studied Biochemistry, but just started working in hospital earlier this year 2021.
