You’re a woman, right?

I usually respond to guys in this situation cos they may listen to reason but you ladies are another kettle of fish.

If you’re a deeply emotional person who internalises pain most of the time, or you’re someone who can read a thousand meanings into a simple gesture or statement, please delete his number and pictures and unfollow him on all platforms. You have to sever the connection. Out of sight is out of mind.

If you’re not like that then just wait it out. The pain will get dull and eventually you’d be able to breathe once again. Create diversions for yourself.
