A video of Yemi Osinbajo the Vice President eating banana inside a classroom with primary school students has emerged on social media.

According to reports, the incident occurred at Alagbaka Estate Primary School in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria in 2018.

Prof. Osinbajo was in the state on a two-day visit for National Home School Feeding Programme aimed at providing one free meal for school pupils a day.

Along with Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State, he reportedly taught the students and had meals with them.

He entered the English class of the school’s Pry 3B class and read a comprehension passage to them before sharing lunch with the students.

As a former university instructor, he stated that teaching is something he enjoys.

A most humble leader, It was unlike any other Vice President to reach out to students teach and eat with them.
