The civil service in south west has to be the most corrupt ever seen, you go to the north or east and it’s just people Tryna help you out. The other ones just want to cut your head off with price.
One told me 10k for yellow fever vaccine and it should be less than 1k back then.

What crowned it all was the long treak they had to make to the car park (they broke down for 2 days).
