Hello My Fellow NL, my name is Obiora I'm from Enugu state currently leaving in Enugu. I'm a graduate of Public Administration, I just finished my NYSC this last October. I don't want to stay idle at home. Although currently I'm doing Mason Job of which is not constant due to the high increase of Cement and all that. I came out with Second class upper(2:1) in Public Administration.
