Consuming raw tomato is good for the body health, at the same consuming huge amount of tomato will makes pain in legs. So it is better to avoid huge amount of tomato in a day.

Thank you for the information about raw tomatoes. I would like to add a few more words. Tomatoes are a real treasure trove of vitamin C, much more than lemons.
