Ok. Thanks for the mention but she needs help. You can say something

It's about in making instagram posts,don't do follow for follow it's an abuse on the business you're representing ,use popular hash tag,if you're seeling items for them online run ads it's helps alot, if they're are paying you well,you can pay for shout out by popular handles in your nitch.

Finally keep posting things on your page , interact with your followers, follower and comment on big pages ,if you can't do the job sublet it to a 3rd party at a lower rate .

It's a lot of work my sister....I tried it sometimes last year but wasnt consistent. You have to be an Instagram person to understand how it works. Before you start, try to check out your competitors' as well as other thriving pages to see what they are doing correctly. Also, take the advise above, continually create interesting contents and stay consistent.....consistency is really key.
