From the beginning I knew the Otobo case was a fraud because she told stupid lies like they had a secret wedding ceremony inside the church, Suleiman told her he wanted more boys, she never knew he was married etc. Stuff any body who watched the Crime and Investigation channel will quickly sniff out as lies.

But the question of why Otobo lied and why the dubious Festus Keyamo stood by her side was not hidden from anybody that had been watching his battles against the Buhari govt in general and El Rufai in particular.

There was a time in this country when it appeared all pastors were completely cowed by the oppression of Buhari.

Suleiman almost singlehandedly was throwing this govt shade almost every Sunday service.

So when the repercussion came I wasn't really surprised.


Otobo has come and gone and now this lady.

I don't know her as anybody who acts one out of the 3000 movies we churn out each year- is an actress.

I won't speak for Suleiman as to whether he knows her or slept with her but I know that this lady is being well sponsored just as Otobo was. By whom I cannot yet say as I dont know if El Rufais vindictiveness has no expiry date.

The easiest thing for a woman to do is to accuse a man of sexual impropriety. No proof is really required.

If I was Suleiman and I was sure of my innocence I would pay for a DNA test in the US to settle this matter. I read somewhere years ago that DNA from sperm stays in the woman's blood for many many years. This isn't the regular DNA test so it would be prohibitively expensive but he can afford it.

A law should be passed that any woman who is found guilty of fake rape or sexual impropriety accusations should be jailed for 3 yrs. This would help to ease the tension
