I pray this whole barbaric act doesn't die a natural death,I've already cried enough for this young boy,it's so painful. Anyway arresting the House master bed The securities is not necessary, there's something we call "vicarious liability" in law. This is where Master responsible for the negligence of his servant.

I saw this information on Dowen’s college website about two weeks ago.

I am not sure why it is not there today, Perhaps to protect the staffs from social media lynching.

I hope you also release to us, those who inspired the culture of bullying in the school.

The boys were bullied, so they bully. Bullying is the norm, had the boy survived, he would perhaps also be a bully in his senior class.

The bullies actually just did, what passes in most schools, but unfortunately for them, a boy is dead.

You are almost correct sir.....but since their none academic performance has been found to be fatal, this undermined their academic performance. No sane parent will risk the lives of their kids for good grades. And since Dowen is the school where that huge fail got a child murdered, they remain the centre of attention while others in their league are expected to take a learning. Essentially, Dowen failed their students, their parents and the society at large!

I understand you sir....my issue is that they had it coming, they've been getting similar complaints, they even had a staff resigned because of same issue but they didnt act until it became fatal. That made them a bad school. So its them today for the worst reason....a young life was lost under their expensive care and they should be held totally accountable.

We agree that they should be held accountable but closing the school means you should close all boarding schools in Nigeria or abolish it.

But if we agree on reform, then they can overhaul their management board and constitute a more befitting one.

For a school that accept millions in school fees, putting CCTV shouldn't be a big deal for a start.
