I registered to Roqqu (a crypto exchange which promises even more convenience), I transferred some tokens to the exchange to swap for some other tokens worth thousands in value, even though I was yet to verify my roqqu account, but the tokens got missing from the exchange, I’ve emailed, reached out through live chats, Twitter: (@roqqupay), I reached out to the CEO (@eseonomor), and also the roqqu ambassadors @aproko_doctor, and @_Kimoprah none of them responds, except for a customer representative asking for details of how I credited TRX into the account which I’ve provided and there’s been no response.

Hundreds, perhaps thousands of members on this same exchange suffers same ill fate with much lamentations online all over about roqqu exchange. This is cryptocurrency it’s supposed to be safer than banking, but roqqu makes it otherwise.

My Roqqu account is yet to be verified with my NIN, so not upgraded for any transaction above $18 which can only be carried out just once until upgrade, yet the transaction attached in the snapshots below were carried out on my account. I’m not registered to RAVEN nor the likes on the roqqu platform, and my account is yet to be verified, even the balance stated on my account doesn’t tally with the left over tokens.

Don’t be ignorant, roqqu steals from their members to sell to another.
