So guys I will keep this as short as possible.

So I work remotely and I also have a partial job I go twice in a week that pays about 100k monthly. Currently I am staying in a small town that is just exposed a bit but it is still a town but the living conditions is perfect there is always light, threre is water, there is ambience and security.

I have a startup that requires me networking a lot, the prospects are very high for it being a huge success. With proper execution, the predicted success probability is 80% at least. My plan was to leverage on social media (LinkedIn) to attract Investors and clients.

Now I have a friend that wants to rent a duplex in bigger city but still in the same state (about an hour drive away).

He wants mw to leave my current place and move in with him in the duplex in the city. He is well connected and has lots of connection with the ruling class. He has already linked me up with someone who will be interested in being my first clients in the startup.

Now my house rent is expiring this December and he is asking me not to renew.
I'm at a crossroad as to if I should move or if I should stay back. Opinions please

Stay back for now, at least until that expected 'first client' gives you the job.

Relocate.

You might be stepping out of your comfort zone but consider it one of the sacrifices you need to make for your business.

Renew your rent as a backup plan, it's not easy to be a squatter
