Take bottled water when you go out with friends, there are no health problems with water. It gives more respect than taking malt, it is also better health wise than energy drink, energy drinks contain too much caffeine.

cos of my gentle face, even if I am drinking vodka and smoking, dem go still call me pastor. That is why I now leave my beard and moustache a bit rough. Clean shaving has made many people much younger than me think they are my senior

Your association is no excuse to indulge in unhealthy stuffs. Almost all my acquaintances and guyz indulge in alcohol drinking. But i don't drink. When we hangout, i just take my water. They can only tease you and when u don't bulge, they will leave you. It takes discipline and strongwill. Just as you, i benefits from them, if not i for don cut them off long time ago.

Hmm I think it is better they do some with sugar free so customers can choose whichever one they want. Even there sugar free still contains sugar.

I have successfully logged out of softdrink wahala for 3years now. I hardly take sugary things. I just go for banana when I feel like taking sugar. I don't take alcohol too but you see this ganja, make God help me. I've made resolutions like die but I couldn't just help it. I hardly eat if I don't smoke. I haven't smoke up today and I just dey look food since. Shey this resolution no go hold hinsef laidiz.

... yesterday my Dad's elder brother told me after I dressed his leg for him, please limit the sweet things you take. I felt touched because I have been drinking soft drinks like crazy and as a doctor I Know the implications. It felt as if my future self was telling my present self not to get addicted to sweet things. Unfortunately, it Is the nature of humans not to listen to advise especially if they're not directly involved or if they don't see the consequences yet. Diabetic foot ulcer isn't a good thing at all.

Do you live in abroad? Cider isn't common here. I love anything winish and a bit sour. I only see red wine around me, I've not been able to see a cider drink.

The only one I saw once in advert is Bowstrong apple cider or so, but I haven't seen it physically in the market.
