By Olayemi Esan The Air Component of Operation Hadarin Daji at early hour on Saturday 1st January, 2022 neutralized several bandits including a notorious Bandits leader, Alhaji Auta, Kachalla and Others. Some of their Camps and logistics were also destroyed. A military Intelliegence officer in Zamfara confirmed this victory to SpyeTV News on Saturday. In addition a North West security expert, Yusuf Anka on his Twitter Handle on Saturday, 1st January, 2022. According to Anka, “One of the most senior and notorious Bandits of Zamfara Alhaji Auta has been killed with scores of his men in the early hours of today by the Nigerian Airforce". Meanwhile, there is no yet official statement from the Nigerian Air Force, Director of Public Relations & Information, Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet to corroborate the report at the time of publication. It would be recalled that bandits killed three persons during an attack on Gada community in Bungudu Local Government Area of the State. During the invasion of the community, the gunmen killed the District Head, Umaru Bawan-Allah, and his two sons. Details Later...
