And the project was Stephen keshi vocational training center and he is in Benin city, Obazuwa Ovia North East local government the plot of land measure 1000by1000ft. nairalander did you believe up thing now know one single block on ground. I am a tipper man anytime I pass through this site my mind bleed. Please if you know somebody wen know somebody wen know people that are in charge of this project abeg you in the name of God and are falling hero come and complete the project.
