I've a plot of land at orofun ibeju lekki that I want to use as collateral for a loan for a business. The land is currently valued at 2.5m and the document is intact.I'm left with no option hence I'm writing this. Pls I do appreciate if I can be pointed to any organization that gives loan with collateral as I hear that banks no longer do that. Thanks and it's urgent too. |
