That's why buhari made traderMoni 10k. It was for nothing else other than election votes buying. What can 10k do for anybody. But because there's has never been a system and tradition to recover and account for the loans, they dash the borrowers things they can afford to loose, and embezle the rest.

Coming to the farmers, who are majority northerners, they couldn't be bumper harvest at a time when bandits have overran the farms. They bought the rice.
