Can someone please explain how to go about this incase of resubmission; advice needed please: In support of your application, you have provided a GTCO Bank statement for account ending xxx313 and I note credits to the account in the period 01-Jul2023 to 15-Jan-2024 amount to 20347525.67 NGN (£12,166.60) which exceeds your stated annual income. I also note debits from the account are far higher than your stated expenditure. I am not satisfied you have provided an accurate account of your circumstances which casts doubt over the credibility
of your application. I am not satisfied the information provided demonstrates your circumstances are such that you would not remain in the UK.
• You state you are self-employed however the information provided does not demonstrate income from self-employment, your business turnover nor how you have calculated your income. This casts further doubt over the credibility
of your application and the information provided

Agents messed me up in the past i dislike them with passion. I'm sorry for my choice of words, however i don't like people saying what they dont know. I Vowed never to use them or see anyone use them let alone someone in the Family. Way older. The only Visas I don't have personally is probably Australia and that's because i don't fancy it. This my bro was mad at me that i was asking so much things. To the extent he said i should forget a certain US refusal he had in 2004 because he is not sure of the year. I just needed like a confirmation for what i had already done before requesting for his details to pay and upload or probably adjust his Application. I personally dont like UK visa Application because the financial part. So I'm sorry

If you can hear me out, i can still share with you a clearer picture more in private. If you wish to.

Sorry about that. I can see the honesty now.
I really hate agents that's why I replied you that way. If you still want help although you've already submitted, I'll be more than happy to help

I'm the one who should be apologising grin.
His visa refusal in 2004 is rather insignificant. It's been 20 years. Usually when one has travelled so well like this rather than ask them questions first hand, you could try to flip through his collection of passports (assuming he kept them).

But all the same he has a strong case. The mere fact he was awarded a 10 years visa which he did not use to stay in the UK for an extended period after it's expiration is reason to be given another visa even without (I dare say) a bank statement grin

While working on his, i decided to apply, let me not put much of his info out there.

I just appplied paid and submitted 6 months Visa in the process of applying for my bro, coz he said he would pay for me. So i was refused in 2017 twice back to back in three weeks my boss at work then was the acclaimed agent. The in 2019 i was refused again. But after then inhave had 3 Us visas including the latest expiring 2029, own a house and rentals too, earn 650k, have valid schengen, canada and other visas a wife and 4 kids and an investment generating 1,200k Quarterly. My brother and family works there so he sent me me an invitation. I plan to go days b4 Christmas. I had about 4.6m closing at on my statement. But added the investment statement from my bank as well. Please what do you advise. I can still cancel mine if there are recommendations.

Come again. You have only 2k+ in your account in total?
Is this correct? If yes, this is too small.
I would not sponsor anyone with 2k alone. Its risky.
Also the person you are inviting you say petty trading but has 2.5 million . How was this gotten?
Is there any documentation to show proof? Have these funds been there a long time or just last week was deposited to inflate her accounts?

Then you want to provide 3 months bank statement from yourself, 2 months from your wife and then 1 month for the applicant.
Obviously you have done no homework.
This has red flags all over it and will not work

Thing is I've got some Ajo contributions in my other account as I just got mine, but I don't know if I should transfer it to my main account or submit 2 different accounts,

Total money will be around d 6k+, but d problem is how to explain Ajo(monthly contributions) because it's bulk deposit in my acct.

Though I feel d 6k could have worked, I'll just stand as sponsor of the full trip.

Pls take the hint, "This trip is a bad idea" for all parties that will be involved. I explained exhaustively why. Your own conscience is not agreeing with the ajo contribution you want to add. Give this thing time.

@Cashmadam,
Please if my employer should transfer the trip sponsorship fund of like 3.5m to fully cover my trip to a business conference two weeks before my biometric,I hope it will fly.

I will submit my Salary account where I have been receiving my salary for the past 6 months and also submit my employers account for the past 6 months as well.

2. In the online form which says How much are you personally spending on this trip? Can I put N1 naira, since my Employer is providing all the funds for the trip.

Please Cashmadam and other gurus respond to a brother

It will not fly ooooo, the ECO'S no be mumu, you can only spend a lesser percentage of your salary. The question should be, how much are you earning that can make your employer send you to such a sensitive journey? Because you can't be earning like 300k in Nigeria and you expect them to believe you will return after visiting UK. Visiting visa is the most sensitive visa. You need to plan very well to avoid ban. If you have travel history, it will help.

Monthly contribution kuma?!

Pls all these things will only serve to raise eyebrows which will lead to you being looked at skeptically for any dodgy mistakes .

What the heck is a monthly contribution?! Make your bank statement clean by ensuring only your salary and the small chops you withdraw occasionally along the month for expenses should be what is factored in your bank statement.

Ofcourse you must provide document. If it is a gift from your employer, go the extra mile and draft a letter with letter headed addressed to UkVI Sheffield office, clearly stating the income is not lodgement but allowance you are due on a monthly basis.

No need to transfer any funds into your account. Provide your statements of account and proof that your employer is willing and able to sponsor the trip. The money transferred can appear like "account padding" if you are not careful.
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by tony2478: 1:48pm On Apr 04
Thanks for your response. In order not to make it look like account padding,my employer will write a letter of Sponsorship to correlate the amount.

They just want to be sure that the visa is granted because the previous refusal stated that the balance in my account doesn't reflect my current financial position.

I earn 400k after Tax and my Employer is stating the amount on the letter of Sponsorship to confirm the reason behind of the transfer of the funds into my account.

The Sponsorship funds is also coming from the Company bank account, from same account where I have been receiving my salary monthly.

My Employer is also stating the benefits of the Conference to me and to them.
