On the application form as well? (I’m a bit skeptical since I don't have entry or exit stamps from those countries)

Yes. You should be sceptical if you are not saying the truth. It's not difficult to prove these things you know..
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by BiyiTudors: 1:59am On Apr 28
Well, I have bus and hotel receipts for those trips, I’m just trying to make sure I stay within the context of the question on the Application form and not shoot myself in the foot by including two countries when I have visa sticker and stamps from just one if you get what I mean.

I think I’ll just stay away from the UK at this point, the mental gymnastics is exhausting.

Thank you for this important information. God bless you for always taking time to respond.
When you mean accessed do you mean the cut off of your 6months bank statement wud b ending date of submission? Say I submit April ending my 6 months POF will b Nov till April? Is this what you mean?
Cashmadam:

Anytime. Choose the biometric date that suits your plans.

note that your POF will be assessed as of the dateyou submitted your form - not the day of your biometrics
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by sanyaolurilwan(m): 5:35am On Apr 28
It's simple, fill in those countries as places you've visited in the last 5/10yrs, upload the French visa, bus tickets and hotel reservations, then explain in the cover letter that all those other countries are within the Schengen zone, hence passports are not stamped when traveling within them, then make reference to the bus tickets and hotel reservations.

BiyiTudors:
What I mean is that, I got a France visa and I visited Belgium and Netherlands on the same trip.
Entry and Exit stamps are both from France. No stamps from Belgium or Netherlands

500 Pounds cannot fund your trip. Ticket alone will take all that money.

I don't understand your other questions and I cannot help. You are expected to run your account normally and ensure your savings match your income.
if you are being selective of the question you answer, I think it’s high time you step away from this thread let someone more dedicated, committed, informed and sensible take over

Hi everyone.
Would an unexplained lump sum on like day 16 of my statement of account affect my chances of getting a health workers visa?
I'm worried that the rising exchange rate would affect the money I've saved

Hello House,

Please is it advisable for a first timer applicant to UK to apply for 5 years visit visa? I don't like the 6 months nor 2 years own

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by sanyaolurilwan(m): 11:03am On Apr 28
Dont be surprised if you end up getting a 6-month visa even after paying for 2yrs.

The decision of the duration of visa is solely in the hands of the visa officer

I don’t care! I asked her a honest question and she was very rude with her response and didn’t even respond or tell me what to do. So it’s better she packs her load and leaves the forum. Let someone else who is ready to respond to all queries take the job.

Are you okay at all? Nobody owes your nothing here. If you are not grateful for what is being given, you are free to hire an immigration agent that will be at your beck and call.

He has a gateman/security guard at home. His children go to a private school—dropped off and picked up by a dedicated driver or the parents.

In the West, this person could only be a millionaire footballer, a millionaire music star or a millionaire in a certain field. Even top politicians cannot easily have this enviable life.

Back in Africa or Asia, this person could be any ordinary person who has figured out his life or a person slightly flourishing in business or working in a well-paid job.

Therefore, if you intend to relocate to the West, you should ask yourself—am I going to heavily compromise on my lifestyle and how long can I entertain or sacrifice the life I’ve known.

As an expert UK immigration lawyer, I always argue that if you intend to relocate to the UK—you should critically evaluate what you are giving up and what you plan to achieve. Just don’t jump because everyone is jumping.

More importantly, if you are 40 years and above, you must double-think about relocation—especially the intended outcome. And the level of lifestyle cuts you are ready to accommodate to achieve that outcome.

I’ve heard many stories of people who had house helps back home and relocated to the UK or Canada with their 3 or 4 children (without these house helps)—only to realize that they cannot afford the level of support they had back home and have found themselves in serious problems (depression, regret and painful adjustments).

The absurd adage, “no pain no gain” may be true. But sometimes, you don’t have to re-live a pain which you have already lived somewhere.

We all have one life and if you’ve managed to find a comfortable footing or lifestyle in a certain country, don’t just uproot yourself to go and start afresh somewhere else to suffer. What if you die 2 years after relocation while still in your struggling stage?

How many of us are willing to go back to secondary school and University (for about 5 years) all again—even if it means we will get slightly increased pay?

The thing is, if you are 19 years old or 22 years old, you can easily relocate, adjust and take the pains of relocation with ease. But if you are 40 years old with some level of comfort or roots in your home country, relocation wouldn’t be that easy.

Life is a daring adventure. But always think twice and consider many things, including even the effect of the cold weather on you as an older person. It shouldn’t all be about the money—it should be about the total “lifestyle” awaiting you.

Dear Jay - or whatever you call yourself. Usually, I would ignore your type. However, I will respond to you only once and will no longer pay attention to whatever you choose to say.

1. Nobody (including my humble self) owes you any response.
2. Responses are a form of CSR (check online to know the meaning of CSR as I'm sure you are not intelligent enough to know)
3. If anyone's response does not go down well with you, you are free to ignore it
4. Never in your entire life should you disrespect anyone online. I don't know you and you don't know me.
5. If you choose to disrespect me for trying to help, I promise you one thing. By the grace of Almighty God that I serve, you will not get that visa - unless you repent and apologize for your misbehaviour.
6. I am not God and cannot determine your destiny. However, because you chose to repay my good with evil, I will report you to God and He will deal with you appropriately.
7. If you need expert advise, hire an immigration lawyer
8. Do not come here to talk trash when you have never seen the inside of a plane. Humble yourself
9. Your pride will not take you far in life. Humble yourself
10. I am a Mother of 3. My eldest child is 25 years old. All my children schooled abroad. I've been travelling for over 47 years - long before you were born. I am not hungry. I'm only here to help.
11. If you say anything after this, please note that I will not respond to you. But you will suffer the consequences
12. If you repent and ask nicely, perharps we can help you. I'm happy to respond to your further queries - if you behave like a civilized human being.

You can try. Anything is possible. However, I would advise you start with 6 months - if you don't want to risk losing your money.

Ultimately, it is your decision.

Hi JaySterling, I believe she was only trying to help by sharing her honest opinion with you. There are other ways to seek redress than being rude. Look at what she is saying objectively and try to adjust your application, good luck 👍🏾.

It's fine. Please ensure you don't repeat information. The shorter, the better. However, if you need 8 pages to provide all the information you think will help your case, please do it. Good luck!

Hmmm. May I suggest you use vacation as the main purpose of your trip? Your friend's graduation may not fly . For your earning, try and compute the total you get in 3 - 4 months and then get the figure for a year. That will just be an estimate. If you want exact figure, you'll need to compute all the monies paid into your account for a year. That might be a better option so that you are more accurate. I hope this helps.
