Can anyone recommend an IT job that does not require coding?or degree ?

There are lots of IT jobs that don't require coding, though you must have a basic knowledge of computers. Skills like graphic design, (most times pays even more than coding if you know your onion) article writing, digital marketing, SEO, product design, and many others. Degrees are of little importance in IT what you have done with your skills will speak for you, not your degrees.
