Please help, do i need a medical attention. i faced a terrible challenges 4years go for 3 straight years. Every single that happened back then keep hurting me till this moment even though everything has changed and i am even going for my nysc program in few weeks. the most painful part is that every time i keep remembering my past and hurtful events. Most times i get depressed and sad but prople will not even knw what i am thinking. how can all this be over please |
