There's a local avocado-like fruit I could recommend too.

I haven't succeeded in finding the English name for it though but a picture is attached.

If you are able to get the fruit, chop it up in to bits and load it up in a 1 litre bottle, allow to rest and ferment for 24 hours, then drain the fermented water into another bottle.

You'll take a schnapps glass shot. But before taking it ensure to check and know your sugar level first. After the first shot, take your fasting blood sugar the next day before taking another shot.

Please, do not abuse it as it has the tendency to drop your sugar levels too low and note that it's the most bitterest thing you'd ever taste but it works like magic.

That's what I use for me and the doctors are surprised I do not do insulin or take galvosmet.

Go and chew bitter leaf. About 3 to 4 leaves once for 3 days.
Then you go and check your blood sugar.

How do you know you have excess sugar in your body?
Have you done a simple glucose test that confirmed same or you are amongst many of the deluded, annoying Nigerians out there that attribute waist pain and "pile" to excess sugar?
A simple blood sugar test at most won't cost you more than ₦2k even in modern diagnostic centres.
