Take the job and after a month in it,evaluate yourself and see if u can cope with the stress and meet up with target and I bet u,u will cope and decide therefrom.

Getting new ones shouldn't be a big issue in Lagos.
U will even see them buzzing around you asking to be profiled on pos.

Be positive, not a bad way to start.

I hope the salary go remain for u to save chomtin after monthly bills and feeding.

Op this job can offer you alot of experience in marketing and sales but have it in mind that, there will be loads of trekking and stretch to meet demand and bank target in a country like this with minimal response from suffering Nigerian's.

OQp will be your watch word and creed as much as I love marketing but not in this part of the world, get a good black shoe, shirts and tie for your role because you will need them on your journey and always eat well. Besides don't expect salary increase because banks will use your life beyond normal. If you can save up, within those periods plis do. It will help you think on how you can setup your own business institution when ready ..

Marketing can be rewarding if you can meet and surpass your targets

It can be frustrating too. Causes weak people to compromise. But be ready to look for other jobs while this pays the bills for now and helps put something on your cv

Accept the offer.
Start work with diligence.
Here is the life changing part--- As you meet clients to help u meet your target befriend them genuinely. Help them out in their banking needs genuinely. THEN OBSERVE AND CHOOSE THE MORE SUCCESSFUL ONES. Just one or two. Get closer and try to casually ask questions about his business and what made him tick.
Listen attentively. People like teaching. Get him or her to LIKE u more. If you notice a growing interest in you, strike!
You don't find your mentor! Resign with immediate effect for your life! Enter his business and start learning.

You will have a better life ahead of you than working in the bank on a long term. It will only make u a poor slave for the rest of your life.
