There is only one method to get over heart break, it is called time and getting into more activities. You will have to put all your effort into other activities so you can forget about what happened.

Another way is to have a rebound, because your heart is void and needs someone else to fill it, this may sound like a terrible idea but it always works. As long as you let the new guy knows it’s just a casual relationship. Be open and honest about it. Don’t go and start trying to scam him or get pregnant in the process.

I am afraid their is still no quick fix for heartbreaks. Like every other form of trauma, you have to face those demons, and eventually conquer them.

You can add exercise to your daily routine, listen to music or maybe friends, and distract yourself by refocusing your attention on others or other hobbies.
