Health issues like waist pain, back pain, not being excited about the opposite/physical sex even at the point of being an half impotent. I read a lot of lies on the internet about the benefits of masturbation and it's misleading.

But since quitting, I've had a tremendous change, the half impotency is no more, I'm now more interested in s*x physically instead of being excited just watching porn except from the fact that I'm abstaining from sex for personal reasons. I'm letting this out because there are lots of misinformation about masturbation.

Everything & Anything done EXTREMELY will result in unexpected consequences.

Masturbation in and of itself is not bad or detrimental.

Moderation is key.

2) Engaged in physical sex even if it is just once per 3 months
3) stop watching porn till you know you are free of masturbation
3) I also stop judging myself when I masturbate and keep on the abstainance afresh
4) stopped counting days of not masturbating
5) finally: I realised life is more than just releasing sperm
