Yes, there is obviously a clear difference between a business name and a limited liability company.
Business names or enterprise is suited for small business managed probably by you. Inwhich you are the sole proprietor and easier to manage.

COMPANY’S CONTRACTS

(1) Contracts on behalf of a company may be made, varied or discharged as follows—

(a) any contract which if made between individuals would be by law required to be by deed, or which would be varied, or discharged only by deed may be made, varied or discharged, as the case may be, in writing as
