Glo. Glo customer care to be specific. I know people who have been earning the same salary for 15 years. It would be easy to sit outside and say why don't they get out? Well some do get out out of frustration but some people just keep hoping that 'salary increase' is coming and they keep 'waiting for Godot'. No clear path to career growth.
