Guys, I'm planning to move to Lagos and I need to be in an area that has good power supply. I found out that Egbeda is one of such areas in Lagos. I know it's possible that some part of Egbeda will enjoy steady electricity than some other parts. So I just want to know which side in Egbeda has at like 12-15 hrs of power supply daily and offers mini flat in the range of 400k-450k (total package, including agent fee and what not).
