This question has become very critical and needs to be answered. It's either the so-called freedom fighters have totally lost it or are now being used by enemies of ndigbo to destroy Igboland.

In the history of freedom fighting, this is the first time I'm seeing freedom fighters destroying those they claim to be fighting for.

History recorded freedom fighters like the ANC in South Africa and their armed wing. When their leader Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, they didn't burn assets of Black South Africans they were fighting for and neither did they kill or destroy their economy instead they went after the Whites who were responsible and kept fighting until they triumphed.

When John Garang and his men were fighting for the independence of South Sudan, he didn't impose harsh treatment on their people. He didn't attack them or destroy their economy but instead they courageously went after the Arabs. John Garang kept fighting until his helicopter was shot down. His men carried on until they brought world attention and a referendum was granted to them which led to their independence. They won!

I can go on to list several other groups both in Africa and globally who fought against oppression, non of them turned their guns on the people they were fighting for.

However, I have been trying to understand the logic, sense or rational in what is currently going on in Igboland.

For starters, it wasn't SE governors that arrested Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya!

It isn't SE governors that are holding Nnamdi Kanu in detention in Abuja!

It wasn't Igbos that betrayed Nnamdi Kanu, if anything the group had enjoyed enormous support because the people largely believed they were fighting a good fight.

I don't know what goes on in the mind of those killing innocent people in the name of maintaining sit-at-home or what goes on in their mind when they go to local government secretariats to burn them down. What do these hope to achieve with all these killings and destruction they're bringing on Igboland?

Are they making use of their brains at all? It's obvious that if it's within the power of SE governors, they would have since released Nnamdi Kanu.

Federal government used extraordinary rendition to bring Nnamdi Kanu back to Nigeria and has been holding them hostage but instead of going after the perpetrators, they turned around to attack helpless and innocent Igbos. Can someone explain this to me?

Is it that they're afraid to confront FG or they lack the resources to do so? Is this a case of cowardice? I can wager a bet that those who arrested Nnamdi Kanu must be having a good laugh now. I mean why won't they, when they're using one stone to kill 3 birds at once:

1. Silence Nnamdi Kanu.
2. Turn Igbos against themselves.
3. Watch us destroy ourselves by ourselves.

Believe me, Buhari would have no incentive to release Kanu when they consider what is happening in Igboland. They would only bid their time and allow nature take care of itself, after all they have nothing to lose.

However, the biggest losers here are both IPOB and Igbos. This brings me back to the question, who is Simon Ekpa and the so-called autopiloters fighting for? Believe me, no normal person who loves Igbos/Igboland would be happy to see what is going on.

So after forcing Igbos to lose billions of naira in the name of sit-at-home, after burning all the local government secretariats, after killing innocent people whose only offense was to seek daily bread, after chasing all investors away and Buhari ignores, then what next?

Is it not common sense that Abuja/the central government is far removed from what is happening in Igboland and doesn't care. If truly these people desire to get federal government attention, they will take all these actions to Abuja.

IPOB must understand that they're not the first agitators and from the looks of things, won't be the last. You guys have totally taken Igbos for granted and playing everyone for a fool but you must remember that if these attrocities continue, you would eventually be recognized as a terrorist group by not just the federal government but by all Igbos and international bodies and once that happens, it would be game over. This is the scenario those in support of fulani take over of Nigeria is hoping for. At this point, they would now unleash the army on you and you won't have any hiding place because the Igbos you oppressed so much would be the ones pointing out your hiding places. Let's not get it twisted, what is currently going on is no longer freedom fighting but banditry and crimes against humanity.

You all have lost focus but it's not too late to change course now!

The problem with dishonest paid hacks like yourself is that you go on insulting people's sensibilities without recourse to how it makes them feel. This is not the right topic for your to masturbate on.

Just a piece of friendly advice.

Soludo should keep romancing with terrorists thinking he will appease them.. They will always come back and make more demands ..he should ask el-rufai and other northern governors.. best thing is to invite the military if possible pay mercenaries too to support Nigerian army just like GEj did during his tenure to cause massive damage on BH cheesy cheesy..

People destroying burning and doing the killings are Anambra indegenes, terrorists can't survive where they don't know and where they don't have support base. Places like orlu/orsu, ihiala and co seems to have this destructions more cause the indigenes support it..

of course we know is Anambra indigenes perpetrating the crimes in Anambra. Non-indigenes would be too afraid to invoke the wrath of ndi nwe obodo before they fish them out and send them back to their state if at all they are not burnt.

Ndi Anambra should handle their cross on their own.

When Dave was fighting to make sure IPOB don’t have foot print in Ebonyi state, they were calling him onye hausa while obiano was building substandard airport and drinking palmie.

I hate to say serves them right cos I don’t like what’s going on

Right from time, biafra agitation have always been more intensed in imo and Anambra. I think they have more supporters there who are ready to fight for MNK. States like Enugu and Ebonyi don't have that much supporters

Ipob never fought anyone, hacked anybody or shot any bullets. They just March on the streets waving flags while singing solidarity hymns.

The question shouldn’t be WHO they are fight or but WHAT they are fighting for. The sit at home exercise is a very well recognized mode of protest called civil disobedience and is not against the law so I don’t understand why you apc goons are crying out about it.

Or do you want them to go out on the streets again and get shot down? Or go to the senate or House of Representatives where we all know that the other members are holding a larger percentage of votes and will throw out any deliberations concerning their agitation once it’s raised?

I thought you all were clapping and claiming that the sit at home was affecting only the south east and investors in their area, so what now changed? Why the uproar over what isn’t affecting you?

I pray the little they have even disappears entirely or are converted. This illiterate approach to Biafra must be sternly opposed. It will never amount to fruition.

An intelligent, coordinated, strategic, salient approach is wiser. Not these rabble dousing they’re doing. If it’s cultism approach, they should count Ebonyi out of that Biafra.
