Pls just for clarification... Before UGM Came to play, U could spend 3hrs traveling from Owerri to Asaba, Or From Asaba to OWERRI / PH. Due to to Heavy Road Block's Mounted by either, The soldier's Or JTFs in worse case's those RED CAP POLICE OFFICERS.. I would like toare there still Road Block's, with alk this things happening...
